Before sending the information, you should make sure that you have typed your name, address, and your phone number. Your name should be placed either above your address or below your signature but do not type it in both places, while your address should be typed in the beginning of the letter and you can choose either sides of the page. Do not forget to place the date within two lines below your contact information and, type your reader’s contact information within two or three lines below your address if you are using the left side.
