Your paragraphs must be colored with a perfect language that is error-free, simple and direct. Should not use jargon language if your reader does not come from the same major background. You should use everyday language and remember that, your paper should be read in less than a minute; any complexities in reading your letter will never help you. Therefore, your letter should be simple, full of knowledge, and it should reflect who you are; do not try to make yourself sound like someone else. You should also use present tense because your letter is a reflection of your CURRENT position.
