Your second paragraph should provide details about your qualifications. You are supposed to compress your experiences within a sentence or two in max. You are not required to list a bunch of skills without considering its relation to your position in the company. You should always ask yourself this question (what good will my qualifications and skills do for the reader and the company?). REMEMBER, your qualifications should convince the employer that you really deserve the position.
