How can I network at parties?

Actually, I have come across this typical question while I was searching in the internet today morning! The stuff which has been mentioned regarding to this subject is quite important and therefore, I have decided to share what I have benefited of…

1. keep moving:
This is considered to be the first step to do when we enter into the party. We have to keep walking in a particular way which is neither too fast nor too slow because, standing or sitting alone in a particular place will not help the gusts from glancing. So, it is better to keep moving with the flow of the party while picking a drink or food as it will definitely help in managing the nervousness that we have. I myself faced such situation, and I found that eating while moving around with shining smile helped me to release my nervousness and it turned to be an amazing event as I got to know new people!

2. breaking into groups:
Well, we should get ourselves to join any of the groups rather than keeping on moving alone. Besides, getting a group to join should not be that difficult since we have performed the journey of moving around! However, if we found ourselves out of the group, we can take the departing step pretending to be waving to somebody else!

3. smiling:
We should not forget to smile! It usually breaks the barrier between people। We should always shower others with shining smile not only through the mouth, but through the eyes as well since the eyes usually have a great attractiveness toward others!

How to keep sleepiness away while working?

Well, it is definitely the dream of everyone to stay up to finish their assignments, projects, and other materials, right! Besides, I’m one of those who try to stay up late at nights but I cannot manage it for too long especially when I have morning classes! Gosh it is so difficult and I do get jealous of my friends and my roommates who stay up the whole night to finish their assignments, and manage to attend their morning classes and come back in the evening or even at night when they have replacement classes, and continue their nights studying!! That is amazing isn’t it!!!

I’m a type who prefers to study during the day, and wake up early in the morning to continue my reading. Besides, I cannot study without music; I usually turn on my radio on hitz.fm channel besides having a mug of coffee. I used to drink three mugs of coffee everyday! I know it is very bad habit but it helps to concentrate as it releases my depression…but PLEASE do not try as I regret. I used to do that for almost four years. Therefore, I began searching about the subject through the internet…in fact; I wanted some advice to help me stay up, and yeah I found some suggestions hoping to be useful for you and me…

Actually the experts believe that, we should get some sleep if we want to be awake!! I myself got surprised over this step, but I founded it really meaningful after I finished reading the whole article! Taking a nap will help to relax our body and to activate our mind… Then, continue working while listening to music to prevent us from sleepiness… We also have to make sure that we sit on wooden chairs rather than chairs made of soft materials… And We should avoid eating too much as a full stomach will definitely lead us to sleep, therefore, we should take tea, coffee, sugary stuff, cold drinks, and you can even take ice cream like me! I prefer to take a large bowl of ice cream while studying, or during my leisure time! Moreover, the experts advise us to have a short walk outside from time to time if possible to refresh ourselves, or we can study while the window is open…
